Yesterday was a travel day. We left Hawaii early afternoon on Sunday and arrived some twelve hours later for it to be Monday evening. It’s just so strange to pass over the international date line and lose a day. We actually had to take two flights. One from Honolulu to Guam (about 8 hours) and another from Guam to Saipan (about 30 mins). We’ll be here for 3 nights, then we head back to Guam for 4 nights.
The pictures are actually from today, but they are of the hotel where we are staying, the Kensington Saipan. It’s a really lovely five star hotel, but the A/C is too warm and the hot water is too cold. But we’ll survive. There just isn’t a long soak in the big tub for me since the water isn’t all that hot.
The beach is absolutely beautiful. And since our tour group is taking up most of the rooms, it’s not very crowded at all at the beach.
